wls book for dummies

I purchased this book. This book was filled with a lot of info. Nothing new or that you can't find on the net but put together in a user friendly way. It was 15 bucks. It is worth it.

That is a great book- considered the wls bible to some! I'm working toward LapBand surgery, if that is your desire as well you may want to pick up "LapBand for Life" as well. It's very informative and available on Amazon. "THe Real Skinny on WLS" is funny and written by wls patients. Good luck to you!
