hi, out there is any one having trouble doing the 50 0z a day were do you get most of them

Hi Deborah, I'm not sure what your'e refering to about the 50oz. My DR. put me on an all liquid diet 3 weeks before my surgery. I use Optifast shakes and I'm allowed 1 optifast candy bar per day. I get all these supplies from my Dr's. office. I hope that helped. Best of luck on you surgery. Dan
