surgery 12-13-06

Okay I'm sooo excited and terrified!! Any advice anyone? Anyone with the same date?? My surgery is in Fresno, CA and my angel actually had the same surgery..same doc everything a year ago. I'm looking forward to starting the new year with a new me!!!

I can say that I am the same way..My date is Dec. 5 and I am a basket case..I am going through so many emotions..The closer it gets the more nerve racking it is I have found out..You will be just fine..Congrats on your date and to a new you..I will keep you in my prayers... Nella

Hi Rebekkah, I think we're all feeling the same way. For me I'm just taking things one hour, one day at a time. Try to keep yourself busy, clean, organize, walk, what ever it takes. Good Luck in the coming days, Joanne

Thank you Joanne You know..that's exactly what I've been doing! I feel like I did when I knew I was going to have my c-sections..that whole "nesting" thing! I've been cleaning, organizing..the whole everything. I just think I'm going Rebekkah

I'm scheduled for the 13th too. Going crazy trying to get all my decorating done, and everything ready that I can think of, since I don't know how I feel afterwards and Christmas is coming up sooooo fast. Good luck to everyone!

My lap band is scheduled for the 13th too! My house is a disaster and I just hope I can get things in order before I have surgery. I haven't finished my Christmas shopping, but maybe I can do some of it after the surgery. Good luck to you and I hope to hear great things from you after the 13th!
