Hello All

I was suppose to be on the losing side as of yesterday. But I woke up with fever, sore throat, and coughing So, we had to postpone until Dec. 21. All my test are done, so all I'm doing now is waiting & waiting. Looking forward to gettn to know y'all Huggs & Blessings, Lori

Hi Lori, Don't feel too bad, I am still here too. I think I am going for my surg on Jan 15th. I will know in a few days I think. So here we both are on the December board....but it's ok. Like I said, all things happen for a reason. feel better, Cissy

Thanks Lori, Hey I am so proud of myself. I quit smoking cold turkey 4 days now. ...It's not too bad, God is helping me. When ever I get a craving I ask Him to take it away, and He does. I have no choice but to quit. My surgeon, he told me I had to quit 6 weeks before surgery, and the Pulmonary Doc said 2 weeks before......I figured even though the pulmonary is a specialist, the surgeon is the one operating on me, so I think I should take his advise. I hope I stay off them and never go back on them. I have smoked for over 30 years.........this is not the easiest thing I've ever done....but, I am keeping my eyes on the prize. I hope youre' getting better day by day, Hugs, Cissy
