Need prayers please!

Hello dear friends, I haven't been on the board a lot this past couple of weeks. It's because it's been really crazy around here. My mom is not well. She has diabetic coma like states she goes in and out of and she is not lucid when they happen. Thanksgiving morning we nearly lost her and only a miracle from God kept her with us. Her sugar bottomed at 24. Yes, you read that right, 24. We were able to get it up quickly and she came out of it well but we are really worried she is not going to make it even to Christmas. We are thinking positively as possible but it is hard. I am very close to my mom...she is just everything to me and I even live above her in a little apartment. She is the best. Please pray for my mom and please pass this along to any prayer lists you may know of. I believe in the power of prayer by name so her name is Frances Bilbrey. I have been working so hard getting everything ready for my surgery on the 11th, baking like crazy, clearing out my cabinets, getting all my Christmas bought and wrapped and most of it put under the tree, except for the Santa gifts, and just getting generally everything I can done before surgery. I haven't got to spend a lot of time with her lately but yesterday I ddi something for her. Since her episode was so scary, I decided I was going to give her a present early. She has always talked about how she wanted a train set but never got one so I got her one and gave it to her. The look on her face was worth all the money in the world. Well, I know this was long so....Thanks everyone!

Kym, you have my prayers too. My uncle has been having episodes like this for over a year now and we just appreciate any and all time we have with him. He just keeps on chuggin, I pray your mom will too! God bless you both, Molly

dear kym i was reading your post and i want you to know that you are in my heart as i know what you are going though as my mom has the same problem and god has done wonder for my mom though orther people prayer she doing so must better i want you to know that i will keep you and your mom in my paryer and i wish you the best of luck with your surgery remember god will be with youplease let me know how you make out i would love to hear from you may gog bless you ila
