Dec. 13 is my lap band date

Well, I finally got a surgery date. Dec. 13. I am having a lap band. I am excited and soooo tired of waiting. I am also a bit scared that I might fail to lose the excess weight to that I will lose it and then gain it back. I just have to stay motivated. Are there any other Dec. 13th-ers out there? Maybe we can encourage one another.

Hi, I'm having a lapband also but on Dec.4th. I'm also tired of failing at diets so I hope this is the right answer for a permanent change. I just want to get it over with at this point. I'd have it tomorrow if I could. Best of luck to you. Dan
