Got my date! December 12, 2006!

I am so excited about the surgery... nervous as well. I planned my surgery during the holiday season since it slows down a bit for me. I travel with my job. I am nervous about the holidays and family situations. The other thing I am pondering is the amount of time I am allowing to heal. At the end of January, I have a week long meeting in Salt Lake City. A true test!

I'm glad that you got your date.. I'm having the rny done on Dec 15,2006 in grand rapids, mi... You will do just fine for your meeting and going on with thing;s that need to be do.. Trust in God and he will get you through it..... God Bless you and your family

Hi Kelly, I too have a Dec.12th date for RNY. I tried to get a Thanksgiving week date but could not get all my tests finished. I'm also hoping to be well healed by Jan. 2nd but they tell me I will have a G tube in for six or seven weeks. Yuck! At least I will not have to travel. Wish you the best. Keep in touch.
