Got a date!!!

Hi marie, I just found this message board for those of us who are having surgery next month. My date is Dec. 20. How are you doing with the smoking? It was really hard to quit, but I have been smoke free for almost one month now. I used a product called Smoke Away that is available over the counter. I got mine at Walmart. I was extremely pleased with the product and quitting was easier than I thought. I just thought I would pass that info along in case you were still struggling. Good luck. Karen

I have seen that "Smoke away" advertised on TV but did not think it was something that would really work, I will have to go to the drug store tomorrow and see if they have it. Yes, it has been quite the struggle for me, but i have managed to lose 5 lbs of the 10 lbs that i am suppose to lose. That is one good thing so far. Thank you for your suggestion, and I will let you know whats happening since my surgery is on the 12th of December. Keep me informed as well.
