Topic: RE: Candy trouble
The only advice I can give is to tell you to treat it like it is a drug.. I compare Candy to Cocain for my own mind. I know I can eat it but it is bad for me so I stay away.. just like a drug.. its hard but after a while its not so bad, Get some fruit that you can snack on, and when you get up pop a piece of fruit instead.. you can retrain your brain.. just work at it.. Hope this helps!

I get a B12 Injection once every two weeks because the pills and sublingual drops were not working! I feel great. I don't have a prescription I walk into my Dr's office every 2 weeks get my shot and get my blood tested every other week! It is a wonderful thing to not be so tired.. and my appetite didn't increase!

Topic: RE: TINGLING IN THE LEGS ANYONE??
thanks for ur reply. I saw my chiropractor today and he told me because of my now boney tailbone that's giving me pain, it actually affects the whole nerve system and that's why I'm getting this tingling, its causing siatica (I know I spelt that wrong!!). So I guess it's something I'm going to have to live with now. Do u get tailbone pain from the weightloss also?
Topic: RE: TINGLING IN THE LEGS ANYONE??
No tingling but I catch charley horses like a pit bull has my calf and in my feet. I have to take potassium and quinne sulfate EVERY DAY
Now that I can cross my legs I do it a lot and I notice my boney knees hurt from leaving them cross too long
Topic: TINGLING IN THE LEGS ANYONE??
I am almost a year post-op, and lately I have been experiencing a slight tingling and a very slight numbness in my legs, and sometimes my hands tingle a little, nothing to freak out over, but just want to know if anyone out there has had this happen to them. It mostly happens if I sit down for long or cross my legs. I'm sure it's nothing and not related to the surgery at all. If anyone has any feedback on this I would appreciate it.
Thanks.

I have been told this a few times also, and I LOVE IT!! let them say it, I don't care, it's better than hearing that good old one that goes like this...."you have such a pretty face, but you really should lose a little weight"... yep, let me hear I'm too skinny, it's the best thing to hear.
Regards to all my new skinny friends.

Hi all!
Does anyones else have dark circles under their eyes? All blood work is fine no complaints from doctor. Will they go away? Have always had some amount of circle, but now very pronounced.
