Congrats Melissa!!!! That qualifies as a WOWWWWW moment!!!!!!!
I hit "100lbs gone forever" also. 30 since surgery and 70 before. That's the only thing keeping me sane with this slowwwww wt loss. 30lbs in 7 weeks is really slow except for the 70 pre-op loss. The inches have dissolved - Womens sz 24 day of surgery and Ladies sz 16 this week.
I've got only 60lbs left to lose and since I started with 160 to lose I am thrilled.
Proud to be a "loser" with you. (BIG smile)

WOW!!!!! What an amazing journey you've had. I'm proud of you-and all of us. I'm still waiting for my 60th pound-but down 59 today. YEAH!!

Hey everyone, I hope your Saturday morning is going well. I got on the scale this morning and I have lost 100lbs since October. NO, it has not been since my surgery. But since I started my journey. I am so proud of myself. Only 30lbs left until 100lbs since surgery. Yeah to me!!

Hi there,
I'm here, I had surgery one 12/06/05 -- I have lost 47lb's.
I am at a stall too -- I hurt my foot 1 month ago by falling and have been only able to limp around a bit -- I can't wait until I can start walking again.
Maybe then the weight will fall off a bit faster..

No foot pain is a WOW moment! I know how bad it can be-I had it for several years-and had to walk for my job-finally had PF surgery-and it helped soooo much-I wish I hadn't waited so long. Same thing with this surgery! Aunt Jemimah what took you so long????

I know it's hard, but remember it's normal. We'll get there even if it's 3 steps forward and one step back! Hang in there and know you aren't alone. We all go through it and it stinks!!!!

I told the doctor yesterday that I can't wait to wake up skinny! It's gonna happen for all of us if we follow the rules. Congrats to you, too!

Thanks. It just works so much better if I get it out of the way in the morning. We leave the house by 7 and my kids have things going on in the evenings. Plus I think it helps to burn those calories on an empty stomach. Thanks for the kind words!
