My goal was to get below 225. 192 was way beyond my expectations, but now that I have made it I plan to do all I can to stay under 200.

Feeling wonderful?? No kidding!! You've lost almost half your bodyweight.. How awesome is that? You've done an incredible job!

Feeling FANTASTIC!!! Would like to lose those last 20 lbs. though - know I gotta stick to the basics for the lbs. to come off now!
Life is SO MUCH BETTER these days!
