Topic: First Goal Met!
I just had to share this with you guys! My first goal was to lose 50 pounds by my 3 month anniversary which is 3/19. Well, this morning I am down 51 pounds! So, I made it with a few days to spare. I have been exercising religiously the last two weeks and I think that made the difference. Thanks for letting me share my joy with you!

Good. I'm glad you figured it out. I have a lot of foods in the custom food section! Anything in a box or a package I enter there so that it will be there next time. I do use the other part of the system for everything else that doesn't have calories listed on it. Fruit, veggies, meat, etc. And I guesstimate almost everything. If I'm home and can measure, then I do, but otherwise I just guess. I think it's working fine. The 19th will be 3 mos. and I'm down almost 50 pounds with 79 to go! Best wishes!

1) Eaten chips? Just a couple and I mushed them up well
2) Tried soda? Just a sip and it did not sit well.
3) Tried something with sugar? couple bites of my daughters dessert after dinner - didn't bother me.
4) Eaten Popcorn? Nibbled on it - smelled so good at the theater.
5) Chewed Gum? yes
6) Skipped a meal? not really but I eat something every 2 hours or so
7) Not exercized for a whole week straight? I didn't start exercizing until 6 weeks out but have been good since.
8) Eaten your carbs and no protein for a meal? no
9) Had an alcoholic beverage? no
10) Eaten out at a restaurant? frequently - either split a meal or bring leftovers home.

chips - no, but have had crackers and gold fish
soda- no, used to be addicted to diet coke, no desire now
sugar - no -just call me chicken. I don't want to know if I can tolerate it and if not then I don't want to experience dumping. Haven't really wanted any yet not even chocolate.
popcorn - no haven't had that for years
gum - no not a gum chewer
skipped a meal - yes, especially in the beginning and during time of stricture
not exercized a whole week - no, I crave the pool program I am in and try to go 5 times a week
eaten carbs and no protein - no, really try to do the protein thing. now if you had asked if I get all my water in - that is a struggle
alcohol - no, not much of a drinker
eaten at a restaurant - once and ordered soup. I am still very afraid to even try salad though I miss it very much
I am still worried that the weight will come back. I have a friend who had wls 4 yrs ago and after losing 125 has since gained it all back. I am really trying to work on my head now and let the body take care of itself during this honeymoon phase.by the way, I am convinced that my friend gained it back by drinking soda, eating and drinking at the same time and snacking all the time. I really don't want to be one of the ones that goes through all of this to circle back to the same starting place!
