Bf 1/2 c multigrain cheerios, skim milk and 1/3 banana or oatmeal w fruit or scrambled egg with a little hams mixed into it s 1oz low fat cheese, 3 crackers or crackers w/ peanut butter, or fresh carrots L chicken noodle soup (with 1 oz chicken) or 1/2 sandwich on whole wheat with 2oz protein, or 1/2 c cottage cheese with walnuts s clemintine D 1 large beef meatball (1-2 oz beef) smouthered in sauce, 1 tlbsp spaghetti, very small salad w/ fatfree dressing. I can also eat 1/2 slice thin crust pizza, or any type of fish or shrimp w/ veggie and spoon of potatoes s sugarfree fudgecicle or cheese/crackers This is basically what my days look like. Somedays I can't fini**** all. I am getting between 600-700 cals a day. I had a treat this morning..1/4 whole grain bagel, tsp fat-free cream cheese and a slice of smoked salmon. Yum! This was a first! I hope this helps. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else eats. I still can't eat real meat dry(except for boiled ham on sandwich), not in a soup or covered in sauce. I use fitday.com. That helps alot and is fun to use. I esp enjoy the reports with the chart of weight loss. HeHe!and, I can look back and see what meals I ate a few weeks ago when I run out of ideas. For those who have asked for an update. The Dr. gave me Prevacid to take everyday and it is helping somewhat. Sometimes I have to take an additional one to get through a 24 hour period and I have to be careful about what I eat. I think I maybe getting lactose intolerant but I'm not sure what the symptoms are. I know it does seem to increase the nausea most of the time so I've been staying away from it. Sigh...I have always loved milk. OH well ...on the positive side, I've lost 80 lbs as of my 3 mo. anniversery. Only 110 to go. LOL.

The embarrassment factor is the big thing for me. Igues I think people are going to look at me and think, "Geez, if you've lost that much already and you STILL look like that ..." I know I shouldn't care what people think but I do.

Topic: Help with food
Hey friends, I'm trying to keep my food intake within 800-900 cals per day. I would love to see some samples of what others are eating during the day. I need ideas! Jen
