Girl, you look FANTASTIC in your new pics, I don't remember if I posted to that thread. I feel so much happy, I don't feel like I have to fake a smile anymore. Its amazing on 64lbs can do for you, and just think I was complaining of a plateau then 11lbs came off.

Well, crap, it didn't work. I'll try again later. I'm off to the store right now.
Topic: A Picture for Petty
Well, this is me. My daughter had to help me post a picture. I'm computer illiterate, lol.

Thats great. I gave all of my too little clothes to Katrinia friends. Now all I have are things that are way too big. Its hard to buy ALL new clothes at once. So Susan the stalker when are we going to see you???? We are all on this ride together. And I think this is the best place to talk about all of our problems and WOWs

Plateaus = major suckage! Try trimming your calories for a couple of days. When I hit one I try to go back to liquids for a couple of days. It's worked so far. Also, remember that if you've upped your exercise, you're adding lean muscle mass which is heavier that fat. I'll bet your still losing inches.

Lookin" good, girl. I was wondering when you where going to post a new pic. I have been kind of following (stalking. lol) your progress. You gave me courage to try on some of the clothes in my closet that I'd been keeping for "someday".

Happy anniversary! Congratulations on the great job!
Topic: RE: Strictures - what a ride!
Well, I hope that's one ride you don't have to get on again. Seems like they would have seen that staple before now, eh? I hope your feeling better and I'm glad they got you taken care of.
Topic: RE: # of pounds lost
I feel the same way you gals do. My brother will call me at work and ask me how much weight I have lost? Not hello, how are you doing, how's the nephew...etc. When I question why he said that one of his co-workers wants to know. You know, before WLS he would've have never asked and I wouldn't have told. The fact is that I'm not even half-way to goal and am struggling with the plateaus just like everyone else. He saw me this weekend and stated that I looked less bloated.
Don't discuss specfics...just mention how good you feel and walk on. If they can ask a woman her weight...then I can ask them what is their checking account balance?
