You are looking good girl. If I didn't have my grandson I wouldn't even have a computer in the house. I have to get the people on Obesityhelp to HELP me. I guess thats why they call it HELP.

i think the reason i am supposed to get that many calories in is becuase i am only 18 and in the teenage years an average teenager should be getting in 2600 calories not just 2000. i also have to drink milk twice a day and those calories add up. about 600 of my calories are from milk and protein drinks. thanks for replying! i hope you are doing good and the weight loss is screaming by! good luck.

Topic: RE: Help with food
Here is a typical day for me. I work 10 hour days so I have to plan my meals and stick to a schedule otherwise I don't get in all of my cal, water and protein (that was never a problem before WLS)
Breakfast: South Beach bar (140 cal/ 10 prot)
Snack: 6 oz tomato juice (30 cal/ 0 prot)
Lunch: 2 oz of meat (usually chicken, fish or beef) (150 cal/ 15 prot)
Snack: protein shake made with milk (260 cal/ 48 prot)
Supper: 2 oz of meat (150 cal/ 15 prot)
Snack: 2 oz of fresh fruit (usually fruit salad) (70 cal/ 0 prot)
Total calories:800
Total protein: 88
I need to eat one more serving of veg and fruit, but I am always so full.
I eat a lot of protein but I don't want my hair to fall out. I drink tons of water (well really about 60 oz) a day. The weekend is a littler harder. We usually go out to eat more, but so far so good. I am really a cheap date.
