HAHA.. My feet have gotten smaller I went from a Size 10 to a 9 almost over night.. and the Boob thing isnt that amazing.. I had to get a bra fitting the other day because the girls were sloshing around in the last one.. and Ive gone from a 46 DDD to a 36 C.. absolutly Insane.. But I love it...

Topic: negativity from others
How do you all take negativity from people who may be jealous of your success from your weight loss? I have lost 70 lbs. and I feel great, but I can't shrug the hurt feelings that I get from people who haven't (or can't) have the surgery. It's really starting to bring me down. :help

Hi, my name is Christy. I had my surgery on December 28, 2005. As of today, I have lost 79lbs.....yea me!!! I will post some pictures as soon as I get my scanner hooked up. I saw some pics of me from Christmas and could not believe I had gotten as big as I did. WOW! I was depressed all the time and didn't want to be around people at all....my how things have changed. I am always wanting to go somewhere (especially since I started buying new clothes). I believe I started feeling better about myself the moment I awakended from surgery. I have been so determined not to be the person I was before. I work out everyday and just feel better in general. I still have a long way to go, but I will get there. Thanks you guys for listening.

Hello,
Way to go on your weight lost. I'm pretty open to anyone who asks because if I can tell them how much and how happy I am then they don't ask me as often. I have lost 33 lbs since my surgery date of 12/9/05. I need to lose another 70 lbs to get to my goal of 150. I plan on being at my goal by 12/9/06. Of course everyone has there own way of telling people about your weight lost. Just remember every pound is an accomplishment. Good Luck to you on you goal and your dreams.

Hi Ebony,
My surgery was 12/22/05, so today is my 3 month anniversary. I am down 46lbs and doing great. So much energy. I'm going to Curves 4x a week. I plan to walk once Spring gets here.

HAHAHA I soooooooooo didn't think you were going to say "checking account balance." Thought you were going to go a whole other direction.
Basically, when someone is truly interested and I'm close with them, I am pretty open -- as I would have probably been with my brother and sister-in-law, had it not been for there being a stranger with them. And I am with people who are thinking of getting the surgery. But for the others, I like some of the answers you guys are giving. Thanks!
