Thanks. I understand about the pictures though. I really have a hard time seeing a difference in the mirror. The only way I can tell is the scale and the tags on the clothes! LOL.

Hey dear! For me I always keep extentions in my hair so to be honest, if it is falling out I have no idea. They say it gets better so stay positive.

Topic: Weekend Rain ,Just My Luck
Good Morning All, Well On my profile I listed things I would like to do for the first time or havnt done because of my weight.Well I am doing really well on my list, but I had planed a trip for this coming weekend.I planned to go to Cincinnati to first of all walk in the S.M.A. walk-a-thon which is a first for me.The other thing was to go to Kings Island and ride every ride. You guessed it rain and thunder forcasted for the whole day.I am going anyway the old me wouldnt have gone at all,90 pounds later my life is different.I will put on a slicker, and make the best out of the short lines.I found out that I was not only obese and in bad medical shape, but I was also very self centered.I am so blessed to be given a second chance,I just turned 42 last week, but I am seeing the world as child again, Thanks for letting me ramble, you all are the best, Beth

Great recipes! That chilli sounds a lot like mine..I love it! Here is one of my favorites, a Persian recipe. Dice a large onion and saute in a table spoon of olive oil till tender. Add two boneless chicken breasts cut into 1" squares and brown. Add salt, pepper and a table spoon of tumeric. chop up each, 3 bunches of cilantro, 1 bunch Parsley, 2 bunches green onion and about two or three cups of finely chopped fresh spinach and to the pot. You can use dried cilantro, parsley and chives and frozen spinach. Slice two stalks of celery, add to the pot. Add 1/4 cup of dried mint. stir till dry. Add water two inches above the mixture. bring to a boil, then add: 1 medium or small potatoe (optional) It just thickens the soup. 1 can of black eye peas 1 can of kidney beans Let simmer, covered, on low, for about 1 hour, then add the juice of 1 lime and three cloves of fresh chopped garlic. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. This is a wonderful dish. I serve this with Basmatti rice for the family, but I eat it alone. It's soooo good for you.

My hair started falling out at month 3 and still is falling out. I did not think it was bad until my partner started staring at my head and said she was looking at my bald spots. I was like what!!!! and she was like you have hair, it is just thin. I hope it stops soon.

Good job, I bet that felt great!! I had to buy a blazer to start job interiews and I did not want to spend $39 when it won't fit in 5 wks. I really lucked out and got one for $10 at Ross for Less because it was supposed to be a skirt and blazer set, and the skirt was no where to be found....YEA!

Topic: RE: I lost in court
My Nutr. and Dr. still say not to drink over 8-10 oz in an hour, or our pouch could stretch. So I just adhere to their guidelines. 3-4 oz meals are to take 20-30 minutes they say, and I know if I try to eat 2 oz in 10 minutes my pouch really feels over-extended. I usually eat a low fat motzerella stick and 4 low fat wheat thins for breakfast at school. Then, 2 oz chicken salad with pickle and 4 slices mandaring orange or a little banana for lunch. I still eat refried beans, lowfat cheese and salsa several times a week because I like it. I can eat 2 oz lean ham, 1 oz brocholi ( or cooked carrots or yams ) and 1 oz of rice or potato too. I find the only raw vegetables I do well with are cucumber and tomato, peeled. I like V8, and Ocean Spray light Ruby Red Grapefruit juice, too. My goal is minimum 48 oz a day, but some days I still do not get that in.

Great job, what a wonderful feeling I am sure. I am counting down because 3 more lbs and I will be in the "obese" category. ( 83 lbs and BMI 55 to 40) I am short. That may sound corny, but since I started way into the "super obese" and am in the "extremely obese" category, that will be a great day for me! Congratulations! My daughter had lap RNY in K. City (I am from N or Seattle) a month before me and has lost about 115 lbs. The day after graduation from college I am flying there, and we are going to the amusement park and ride all the rides we couldn't fit into before!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
