Hi Dec. sibs, I got my 3 month labs back finally and it showed I was a bit low in iron. I started the iron supplements immediately and felt fine up until two days ago. Now I feel exhausted to the point of having to sleep, irritable, depressed and my legs ache and feel leaden. I've also been bruising alot which I know can be iron related. Can just a slight iron deficiency cause all these symptoms and has anyone else experienced deficiencies in their labs? Just curious! Thanks guys...

I don't know about the clothes. Thats great on the measurements. I stopped taking mine. It would depend on what bra and gridle/panty I had on what the tape would say. So one day I am happy the next I am mad. Now if I could only stay off the scale the same way.

Hi Everyone: I went to Dillard's to buy a dress for a Spring Fling my WLS support group is having tonight and to my suprise I had to ask the attendant to bring me a size 14 since I had a size 18 and 16 just in case Since you all know it's hard to tell exactly where we are in sizes. Man o man I was shocked I actually can't believe it. But you know what's true, I see myself in the mirror and I still see that fat women looking at me. Diana
