I've lost a total of 106 70 since surgery 663 + 70 = 733 Oh man how many people so far have we lost I know I lost one person by my self and I am not trying to find them either

My six month anniversary is also June 21 and I am also 20 lb from 100. I was at a stand still for a while and increased protein intake and exercise and it started coming off again. Protein is so important! IF you go to liquids make sure it is HIGH IN PROTEIN! I wouldn't recommend it, but understand exactly where you are coming from. Congrats on the tremedous weight loss!!! Your body may just need a little time to "catch up" before the rest comes off!!

I have lost 75lbs since my surgery 518 + 75 = 593

My surgery was 12/16 and I have lost 90 lbs since last doc appoint. So: 428 + 90 = 518

I had my surgery on Dec 27. I lost 70 lbs since surgery and 80 since I began. So....77+85+80+80=322 WOW! Diana
