I have also been a total stall master....I have already had 2 major 3-4 week stalls and it gets me very frustrated. I currently havent budged the scale in about a month and a half and am doing my proteins and taking in water and attemtping to get as much walking in as I possibly can given my cir****tances of working 10-12 hr days and then working on packing up..( we are moving 2300 miles away). I actually stepped on the scale this morning and was up by 4lbs. I really thought that I would have been closer to goal by now. My goal was that by six months out, I wanted to be about 150lbs. ( currently 20 over that).I have always considered myself a slow loser compared to others, but I know....dont tell me...DONT compare your loss to any one else. I just needed to vent. I guess we are not alone in this "change of life struggle" I will keep doing what I am doing, and just hope that something budges soon Hugs from California...well soon to be Ohio Lisa

hey Lynn, Sometimes I feel like the Stall Master. I never have lost steadily. I stall for 2 to 4 weeks and then bam, 5 or more pounds. I've lost almost 90 pounds so far. BUT, I've steadily lost inches the whole time so see if that's happening for you. Keep up with the basics, water, exercise and protien. Good luck.....Carbonblob

I am too at a stall and have been for about a week. I have lost 93 lbs. Gone from a size 24 to a 16. I am very upset about my stall and don't know how to make the weight loss pick back up. Do any of you?

Topic: Video Question
I would like a video, but everytime I click on hotcodez.com it sends me to some weird address, then I get a call (here at work) saying I need to exit the site because something is being down loaded onto my computer, does anyone have another video place they go through?

Hi Sharon, I feel for you, but look how far you've come! About the sweets, I had a friend pass away and I know all about the sweets and liquor! But I think the most important thing is to tell ourselves that was then, and NOW I am going to get back on track. Also, with us not absorbing all of our food and nutrients we must make healthy choices, could that possibly motivate the healthy eating again? I am far from a doctor but my friend that just passed broke several bones in her foot (and other places from a awful fall), anyways she was told she can not grow bone and the same you did, it would take forever. BUT she did, she wore (sp) Berkenstocks for ever, even a year later and gently moved her foot for excersize. The doctors were amazed, she said it is 'you' that can make things like this happen. I truly believe in this, and you! Take care

You want to look into the Nuva Ring. Pills are useless for us because of malabsorbtion due to the new pouch. Good Luck, I am going to look into the affects of the Nuva Ring myself.

Sharon, I totally understand where you are coming from, I have had heel spurs for years. They come and go, but the pain is unbelievable, just know that is does get better. Did your foot doctor suggest orthotics? they helped me alot. Even those pads you can buy at the drug store can help, just pad up those heels. All I wear are tennis shoes because of my feet. If you have a stationary bike availalbe you can use that until your foot feels better. I did that for awhile. Anyway keep your chin up, and stay away from that sugar. I have feel so much better with out it, no headaches etc. You will be fine.. just think how far you've come.. Take care, Lynn
