I do exercise. I go to a fitness center three or four days a week and do 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the exercise bicycle, and 15 weight circuit machines each time, for a total of about 1 hour 15 minutes each day. I am planning to join an aerobics class once I hear back from the Recreation Commission. I have been exercising this way for two months now.
