Swallowing vitamins

I am having great difficulties in finding vitamins that I can swallow without getting sick. Can anyone tell me of some "small, easy to swallow" vitamins?

Hello, I take Women's One A Day. I break them in half. I take one half first then I wait about 30 minutes and take the other half. Donna T

Shirly, I also use the Centrum chewables( not the senior chewables

) For B 12 I use a liquid made by Natures Bounty it has all the b's and won't hurt you as the B vits go out through the urine. I found it at Wall mart. There will soon be a nasal spray B 12 out. Tomanip
