Let's all share what our daily menus look like. I find it helpful to see what others are eating. Here is mine: B: 1 banana 1 serving Quaker apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal made with lowfat (1%) milk S: lowfat popcorn L: carrot, celery, bell pepper, onion, garbanzo bean salad with "Just 2 Good" Italian salad dressing; 1 oz string cheese S: 1 apple D: Tuna Noodle Casserole, broccoli S: Healthy Choice Fudge Bar

b- 1/2 apple and 2 tlb. peanut butter l- power crunch bar (I was on the go) s- protein drink (isopure made with water) snack - v8 6oz. water, water, etc. I agree that it is helpful to get ideas and see what others are doing.

I like to see what other people eat too because I think I eat the same thing every day.. get's a little boring.. B: Banana Bread Oatmeal with Vanilla protein powder (27g of protein) L: Salad with turkey and feta or a Adkins Advantage Bar when I'm not in the mood to eat (20g) D: Ground turkey roll-up with cheese (26g).. my newest addiction S: Weigh****chers non-fat ice cream bar (3g) I'm really bad because I can't get the three snacks in my Nut wants.. but it's hard for me to remember to eat when I'm not hungry. Nut wants me to split up my meals and spread them throughout the day. That's not as easy as it sounds. But.. I am geting all my protein in though without any problems.

Ok-here's what I had. I know I'm a day late-but ...oh well. I still like to read what others are eating-gives me good ideas. B-Atkins breakfast bar L-(went out to Old Country Buffet after church)==some fruit salad, fresh berries, 1 bbq chicken leg, something called "spinich Marie"-, it was good, a little ff no sugar ice cream. D-protein shake made with frozen strawberries.

I am WAY late but here goes: B: vanilla protein with coffee L: tuna fish with tomatos, with 1T of thousand island dressing and then eat with celery sticks D: 1 small taco S: 1 string cheese

Hmmm... maybe this is why I am not losing weight fast enough... I don't think I am eating enough. But I always start out ok... B: chocolate protien shake (36 g protein) L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (14 g protein) S: gold fish crackers (4 g protein) D: half taco with ground turkey and fat free beans (not enough) and I'm working on getting in 64 oz of plain water. I just found out that decaf coffee and tea do not count towards my water intake Thank heaven for true lemon!
