My scale has moved upwards 9lbs since a week ago.

I have an appointment with my PCP next week because this is driving me

I track my calories and stay under 1,200. I am now exercising every day...walk briskly between 30-45 minutes. I feel great!

I was so proud yesterday when I zipped up those 16W low-riders and they fit really well.

I was even prouder last night when I walked 2 miles in 35 minutes (outside mostly uphill).

My net loss this month is only 1lb!
