3 MONTHS~~MINUS 50LBS
Today is my 3 Month anniversary and I'm officially down 50lbs!!!! I feel so much better and I look so much better. I couldn't be happier with this surgery. I've had ZERO complications and I'm doing great. I'm eating well, getting in all my protein, vitamins and water and I'm starting to get into the exercise a little more. My next personal goal is to get under 200, which hopefully will be soon since I'm cutting back on fats and exercising. This is going to be a fabulous summer!!!!!!!

Congratulations!!! I had my surgery on the same day, Patty. I had my 3 month check up today and was down 56lbs. The doctor said he would have been happy if I had only lost 36 lbs, so he was very happy and so was I. I have to go back in 2 weeks for lab work check up and I hope to be down another 7 lbs. We should all be so proud of ourselves. Keep up the good work.

Congrats to everyone on their success... I had my huge mile stone this week... I hit ONEderland...LOL I am at 198... I have lost 69lbs... I will be 4 months post op on the 5th of April... what an amazing gift this surgery is...I am so greatful... I had a milestone several weeks ago when I could buy clothes from the regular size section of walmart... that one blew my mind... now I am in a 14, and they are loose... I cant remember the last time I wore that size...LOL
We all deserve a huge pat on the back for all of our hard work and success... contrary to what anyone says... this is definitely NOT the easy way out!!!!
I agree with all of you . I had my Surgey on 12/20 and I am down 56 pounds. I do wonder however if I would be furter along if I had not stopped exercising. I found though once I stopped exercising that I was losing faster. Anyone else experience that?
Congratulation to you all and yes I second the fact that for us the surgery truly is a gift.
