Today makes three months since Dr. Overcash helped me change my life, I am glad to say that I am down 64lbs! The scales are moving again! WOOOHOOO. Any other 12/21/06 babies out there? How you doing?

Girl, you look FANTASTIC in your new pics, I don't remember if I posted to that thread. I feel so much happy, I don't feel like I have to fake a smile anymore. Its amazing on 64lbs can do for you, and just think I was complaining of a plateau then 11lbs came off.

My surgery was 12/22/05, so today is my 3 month anniversary. I am down 46lbs and doing great. So much energy. I'm going to Curves 4x a week. I plan to walk once Spring gets here.

yeah it was yesterday for me - don't know how much i weight last time i saw the scale it had said 247 and i started at 290 and that was 3 weeks ago - i don't own a scale but i do see it in my pants - all my dress pants for work look like "MC HAMMER" pants - keep up the good job everyone - Jo
