Dori,
I just wanted to let you know that I have also gone through the stall phase. Mine happens all the time. Its like nothing will change for days, then when it does my weight normally changes about two to three pounds. Keep doing what you are doing and remember that its normal it hit stalls. I also have found that when I am not loosing pounds I am loosing inches.
Best of luck to you in your journey.
Melissa
You don't need a dictionary. We know VERY WELL what you are talking about. I have been in a stall since I have been dealing with this boil. I had a stall once before and when it left it left. That time I went to two protein drinks a day and even more protein. I have been off the sugar fill meds two days now and I saw one pound gone this morning. So I hope I get to moving again. The medicine let me know in a nice way SUGAR is a big no no.

I think it is normal to slow down. I blame it on the fact that I don't drink enough water sometimes or do enough exercise. Anyway, just be patient. Remember we haven't ever lost this much weight before so quickly! The body wants to hold on to everything because it thinks we are starving it!
