what was on today's menu
well i went back to work today - and let me tell you i should of been more prepared was hungry about 2 pm and i had threw out the rest of my sandwich me
B - 6 0z of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 of bottle of water
s - 1 string cheese 4 oz isopure choc
l - less than 1/2 turkey breast and cheese sandwich 1/4 of a snapple
passed on my favorite birthday cake - carror with cream cheese frosting
think i did excellant if i do say so my self
s - 1 string cheese 5 sips of isopure choc
d - 8 oz bean soup
s - 20 oz of isopure choc
i am trying my best - i hope - jO
b-6 oz lemonade with 1 scoop protein- 21 gm protein
s - 1 Tb peanut butter on 1 saltine
L - going away party at work, had 1 little smokey, two little chunks of cheese, couple pcs pepparoni, bite of cabbage salad. Passed on the cheese cake, cookies, and "world famous Enstroms almond toffee"
s- can't remember
D- 1/4 C. Chili
S - 8 oz carb countdown with 1 scoop protein
Breakfast: 3/4 serving of Quaker Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal made with non-fat Lactaid Milk
Non-fat decaf Latte with 2 tsp sugar
Lunch: 1/4 piece of med. cheese & olive pizza and 3 bites Caesar Salad (but I vomited...don't understand why--I tried these things before and was fine)
Snacks: about 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt with 1 Tbsp strawberry no-sugar spread; 1 oz string cheese
Dinner: 1/2 can clam chowder, 5 lowfat ritz crackers with brie cheese on 2 and tuna salad on 3 of them (tuna salad mixed with light mayo & dill relish).
Water in between...
I don't know Diana-all I know is our pouches are fickle-something fine one day-may not sit so well the next.
B-protein shake with 5 frozen strawberries
L-went to a restaraunt-had 1/2 a mahi mahi sandwich-(fish) a few bites of baked beans-and although I didn't drink it-I ordered water-do you know they charged me $1.99 for a glass of WATER! GRRRRRR
D-salad with black beans and feta cheese-and lf ranch dressing. 1/2 sb protein bar.
getting in my liquid with flavored water and decaf coffee.
Could be the lettuce... I'm not even allowed to eat it for another month! But who knows... silly pouches.
B: 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 container of yogurt (i mix it together)
L: 2 oz grilled chicken with lemon and garlic
D: 2 oz shrimp grilled in a little butter and garlic with 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce. 1/8 nectarine
And lots of green tea, water and crystal light lemonade in between
Isn't it funny? The last thing I ever thought I'd be craving is veggies but seeing everyone eat salads makes me want one so badly!
And I agree on the tomatoes. I had a couple very small pieces with my chicken the other day and they were so good!
And glad to hear I'm not the only one who's bitten into something, chewed it and then decided I'd better not eat it...
B = 6oz Decaff Coffee w/Designer Whey Vanilla Protien, approx 3 oz fruit, Strawberry, Pineapple, and Watermelon
S = 1 med Sized cucumber peeled, with 1 tbs fat free reanch dressing
L = 1 very small salad with FF italian dressing (1 tbs)
Small piece of grilled chicken
S = 1/2 roma tomatoe with Salt and pepper
D = a few ozs of mashed potatoes with Flavorless Protein, FF gravy, and a Pickle
S = 6 oz Coffee with Designer Whey Chocolate Protein
I usually get 70+ ozs of water per day I try to drink it plain but usually end up drinking Crystal Light Lemonaid, or I squeeze a lemon in it.
if I feel like I need something else I make a protein shake with Ice, skin Milk, and Designer Whey Strawberry protein with 2 frozen strawberries thrown in for appearance.
Sure seems like alot when its written out doesn't it...
