What are you eating?
Where do you get the protein chips? Are they anything like "soy crisps"-I love those. Also made protein balls-use them if I need a protein boost-here's the recipe..
1 cup protein powder (I use Body Fortress vanilla)
1 cup lf peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar free honey.
Roll into pingpong sized balls-and refridgerate in a tupperware container. Each has about 10g protein.
