Hello. I wanted to add two item that I also brought-- my own PJ's and a no rinse shampoo and body wash. The PJ's were nice cause it really helped to make me feel better once I got out of the hospital gowns. I also checked out in them and wore them home....lol. The no rinse shampoo and body wash was good to help wash up to keep you feeling fresh and not have to worry about irritating your skin. For foods i recommend three good websites. On the clear liquids stage I used ISOPURE available at GNC. www.bariatriceating.com --- She has a sampler back of different proteins. Don't waste a lot of money by buying large amounts of expensive proteins that you may not like. Don't try them before the surgery. Your tastebuds will change! You need to find out what YOUR pouch can tolerate. www.unjury.com- also can buy samples (choc, vanilla, staw, and unflavored) with a small S&H fee. www.i-shophere.biz - free shipping with first order and up to 3 free samples with any 20.00 order. I love the cheesecake pudding mix and all their foods are high protein! I wish you the best of luck! Hopefully you will get out by my birthday on the 9th!
