Have you been using a food journal?
I looked online but I wanted something printable (to keep in the kitchen so I'd actually use it!) that included check boxes for water and vitamins. I ended up making one with Microsoft Word and Excel. It has a place to record food description, calories, protein, carbs, fat, and time eaten. If you'd like to have it, I'm willing to share! Send me an email and I'll forward it to you. You can customize it to the vitamins and supplements that you are taking. I just thought I'd share!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!
I have to use the journal.. otherwise I'd literally forget to eat. This not being hungry thing has been a little more tricky than I anticipated as far as making sure I'm getting enough down the ol' hatch. I adapted the journal that my dietician uses except I have 2 days per page because I hate to waste so much paper. But journaling really helps me stay focused.. and it's fun to add all kinds of stars for days that I get in all the water.. protein.. viatmins.. and exercise!!
Thanks for your reply. I made it for two days per page as well. I just liked the check boxes for water and vitamins to make it quick as well as the writing down stuff for the foods. I've been doing better by using it. I was just wondering if anyone else had found a good one. Anyway, I'm glad you found one you liked.
Best Wishes!
