Pre-mixed protein supplements?

I'm looking for a premixed supplement that I can take with me when I'm not at home.. has anyone tried a canned protein supplement that they like? thanks!

Dee K, I like the SlimFast Hi Protein/Low Carb shake (not to be confused with the regular or the Optima) it has 21g of protein, 3 carbs..I only bought the chocolate but it tastes great. I also have Met-Rx Cookies and Cream, Isopure Grape Frost (tastes like weak Gatorade) has 40g protein, and someone else mentioned AchievOne lattes but I have not had that one. I also tried RTD Extreme Smoothie Chocolate...it was ok, but not one of my favorites, that one has 35g of protein, low sugar/carb. The ready to drinks shakes cost more than the powder, so I use these sparingly. I bought a case of water bottles, dumped all the water into another container, added protein mix to the bottles...grab one on the go and just add water.

I love the Atkins Carb Advantage Chocolate Royale shakes. I bought a 4 pak at Walmart. I have been buying Atkins Carb Advantage Chocolate Delight (?) at Samsclub for about $14 a case. They have 18 grams of protein per can. GNC and the Vitamin Shoppe carry a whole line of Ready to Drink (RTD0 protein supplements in a refrigerated case. It gives you a chance to test them. Isopure has 40 grams of protein in 20ozs of drink. C~

I was always revolted by the mixes. Now I only use Profect, purchased online. 2/7 oz, 25 gms protein. Its pricey, but easy to use and small, durable container.
