Today I Ate

I went to Wendys. I got a Jr. bacon cheese burger. Came home took a tiny bite of the bun then tossed it. I keep reading how bread swells up in your pouch. Cut the patty, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato into bites as if I was going to feed a toddler. Took about 15 minutes to eat. I ate about 3/4 of it. That was over an hour ago. Now it is time for me to start to drink water again. I can't. I am so full I am afraid if I take one sip I will explode. Thanks to every one who told me to just do it. I think next time I'll see if I will be satisfied with 1/2 because we really need the water inorder to keep on the loosing side. Dinner tonight will be a cheese stick.

i missed my shake this morning. so for lunch i had 2 crunchy tacos from taco bell. actually i ate 1 1/2 tacos and the rest i had just the meat. just right!!! tonight for dinner 1/2 a chicken breast.

Today I ate For breakfast achieve one protien drink snack egg with a small amount of gravy lunch beff and mac and chesse. (a dish at work) only a few bites diner slice of toast w/ ham and cheese I am sure I got all my liquids today, still not getting the protien I need but working on it everyday. Melissa

Hi All Breakfast 6oz carbcontrol yogurt Lunch 2 small meatballs in sauce snack one scoop any whey protien in hot chocolate 33 oz. of water so far 1 multi vitamin 2 calcium 1 potassium 1 actigal Thats all so far today

Hi all....This is my first time really posting so hello and glad to find this board.... Today I started my day with a Nectar Carribbean Cooler mixed with Crystal light orange...yum...then late in the morning I had two boiled eggs with a little low fat mayo. For lunch I had some imitation crab mixed with low fat may. Lots of water. Is anyone having any trouble with constipation? That seems to be an ongoing problem with me. I think I am eating too much cheese but it so good. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying many weight losses...I have lost 40 pounds since the day of surgery (12-16). This is a wonderful journey. ok - i just found this board too and it is fun to share an anniversary with others.. let's see .. protein shake this morning at 8 eggbeaters w/cheese (microwave for 40-50 seconds..yum!) 1/4 cup of chili (lunch) another protein shake dinner? 3 oz salmon 1 oz brocolli then.. a third protein shake at 9 PM.. I've lost 39 pounds since my 12/20 surgery

Breakfast: 1/2 toasted bagel with peanut butter and boysenberry jam (It was my first time trying this; didn't quite fini****) Lunch: Italian Wedding Soup (1/2 can Campbell's Select) 2 strawberries Lots of herbal tea with honey (I am sick). I have lost 42 lbs since my surgery as of yesterday.

Today I ate: Breakfast: 1 1/2 slices of microwaved turkey bacon Lunch: 1 baked drum stick & 1/4 of a pita bread Dinner: I am not sure but prob... Salad. Snack: I snaked today on a cheese stick and 1/2 of a shortbread cookie ( it made me sick) Happy valentines day to me!!!!
