1) How much have you lost? I dont know!!! At one month follow up, I was down 25 pounds and haven't weighed myself on a reliable scale since. I should go to the nut clinic today and weigh myself. 2) What are you doing for excercise? I started walking just yesterday and this past weekend began a step aerobics program 3) What foods are working well for you? The best are yogurt and cottage cheese. I have also tried most everything else, but meats are hit and miss. 4) What are you having problems with? I am having problems snacking and with my fat intake. 5) Any tips you might have that will help us? None that I can think of, but I am VERY curious as to see what others say... I need all the help I can get!

1) How much have you lost? 30 pounds - tomorrow is 6 weeks post op 2) What are you doing for exercise? Walking, and starting tomorrow my Power 90 DVDs. 3) What foods are working well for you? Well, today Tuna and crackers and then pork loin taco went well. Choc. Pudding mixed with protein powder always goes ok. 4) What are you having problems with? Well this last weekend, everything I ate was a problem. Got dehydrated had to go get 2 liters IV fluid. I'm wondering now if it was the stomach flu. 5) Any tips you might have that will help us? Keep on a schedule, even on the weekend, to make sure you get all your water, protein, and vitamins. Weekends are hard for me so I use a timer to prompt me.
