weight????
a few years ago i asked my nutritionist this question when doing basic WLS research... i can't remember her entire response, but the gist of it was that gradually we begin to eat more and more and eventually we should be eating roughly a little less then what a normal person (with a normal BMI) would eat. therefore our weight would even out and we stop losing and start maintaining. also, since our bodies begin WLS in a starvation like mode and we gradually up our caloric intakes our metabolism changes and we need less calories then a normal person to suistain a normal weight.
