I have found that shrimp works well for me. I have had it scampi (butter and garlic) and also just regular shrimp coctail like you peel and eat then dip in ****tail sauce. Its also good in the protein area. JaNae

I went to Sams club and bought a bag of Margarita Lime shrimp!! All you do is take out what you need, saute in a pan for 10 min and eat! Yummy and sauce is already on them. I am just a month out and tolerated it very well!

Broiled Shrimp and scallops works for me. I tried it tonight on my second night of "regular" foods and I did really well with it. They put seasoned salt and a little touch of Old Bay seasoning on the top of them. It's really good and flavorful. I just made sure to cut them up really small with a knife before I even put it in my mouth. Best Wishes! Carol G.

Has anyone tried the parkay butter spray? (in the dairy section) It's really good. I use it on baked potatos and it's good on toast or bread. You can also use it to sautee mushrooms and such.

Shrimp salad on crackers. Shrimp w/homemade FF alfredo or peppers and onion in red pasta sauce (like cacciatore w/chicken and cubed beef too). Shrimp w/lime, cilantro, garlic, tiny bit olive oil, toss and serve cold. I use pre-cooked deveined extra large shrimp from BJ's that I can just take a couple out at a time, defrost and fix in 10 mins. Lots you can do w/shrimp.

Wow, those recipes sound really good. I'm going to defrost some for lunch tomorrow. Chauncine
