After surgery blues anyone?

Hello, I too have been on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I also think that since food has been my best friend for so long and now it is not, it is hard to swallow sometimes. I dont regret the surgery at all but I have always said that the mental is almost as hard as the physical. I know all will pass with time especially when we really start to see the weight fall off like we have had in our minds before the surgery. I guess I just expected to wake up one morning and 100lbs. would be gone (go figure) but, just like everything it will take time. I have been on a stall for about 3 weeks and it is driving me crazy. So, I totally understand how you feel but we will all get through this together. Good luck!

Thank you very much for those *****sponded or just read and understood. I read that this is normal - also notice that if i dont get in all of my protein or water I get even more cranky. But I will take it day by day ( have no other choice) lol I have my follow up appt on Monday and we'll see if I lost any more - Again thank you all - JO
