What did you eat today?
I am doing soft foods now.
Today I had:
B: 2oz Carb Control Yogurt
L: 2 oz Cottage Cheese
D: 2 small bites of tuna mixed with laughing cow soft cheese, then ate 2oz Carb Control Yogurt
S: about 1/4 of an egg... nope, eggs still make me sick!
I feel so sick now, that I doubt I will get any more protein in for the day. I was planning on having a shake before bed... but not now.
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast:
1 over-easy egg, mashed up with a tablespoon of real bacon bits
9 am:
12 oz. can of V-8 juice
11am:
protein shake
Lunch:
4 tablespoons of soft shredded pork barbecue meat with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese
4pm:
protein shake
6pm:
chicken broth
dinner:
2.5 oz of canned salmon heated up with some butter and lemon seasoning
B: protein shake that I mix up with coffee and cocoa
L: One Banquet Salisbury Steak. I scraped the gravy off and ate it
soooo slow. Then waited to see if it was going to make me sick.
It didn't so I'll have it for dinner also.
Right now after drinking all tha****er I don't feel like any snacks
Usually my snacks are 4 wheat crackers and 1/2oz of cheese
