6 MINI MEALS

Never in this life time did I ever thing I would have trouble eating ENOUGH food. My Nut told me to eat only 3 meals a day and no snacking. I did and went into a 2 week stall. Now I do 6 mini meals a day. 2ozs its hard to tell a snack from a meal. I eat mostly all protein and do the protein drink for breakfast. I sprinkle about one teaspoon of protein in any thing that is wet that I am eating. I find I feel better and I think I am finally gettin in enough calories to move the scale again. Now if I could get in that 64 of water a day. I get close because I count all liquids. I drink more at night and if I am in the car than I do around the house in the day time. Any one else doing better with more mini meals than 3?

I eat between 4 and six very small meals per day. It's not speeding up the weight loss or getting me off this stall, but it does make me feel better physically. When I started my three tiny meals per day, my blood sugar would plummet before it was time to eat again.

Please - What are you eating? I can't even manage to get 500 calories a day - and believe me - I am trying really hard. I had my 1st post-op visit on the 6th of January. I had lost an amazing 20 pounds. I got on the scale today - and I have not lost even 1 more pound! I'm getting between 65 and 70 gr of protein in every day, taking all of my supplements that my Dr. wants me on, and getting in all of my water. I'm getting a bit discouraged - ok, a lot discouraged - that's 17 days without any movement on the scales. And no, my clothes aren't getting any bigger either. Appreciate you sharing!
