I have not been able to get in all my proteins. I saw Unjury mentioned here a few times and ordered the chocolate and unflavored. Any recipes for the unflavored one? What are you addding it to? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Sunny

I don't have any suggestions, I just wanted to say thanks for asking the question. I was thinking of ordering some unflavored today. As of yet, I am COMPLETELY unable to do protein shakes...YIKES!! So, I desperately need to get my protein in. I saw lots of folks using the unflavored and was hoping it would be the answer! Blessings~ Becky

YEs, I have ordered some samples. Maybe if this post was also added to the main board since we are all the flailing newbies on this one! Vicky FL

Great idea! I just posted it on the main messageboard. Hopefully some experienced Unjury users will help us out.

this one tastes pretty good.. you can use melon, canteloup or strawberries too: 30g protein to a cup of crushed ice 1/2 banana 1/2-3/4 cup of orange juice or other types of juice.. and blend

I found a great new product from a friend of mine who had surgery 3 years ago. It's called Bolthouse Farms. They are bottled drinks that have extra protein. I found them in the organic drink section at Meijer's and also in the veggie Dept. at Wal-Mart. The vanilla Chai tasted just like pumpkin pie. The sugar comes from apple juice so she did not dump with them. It's also soy so no problems with lactose intolerance.

I mix each morning 4 to 6ozs 2% milk 1 scope of Natural unflavored Designer Protein Whey 1 sweet and low 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee 1 1/2 tablespoon Hersheys Cocoa powder blend with hand blender this takes care of me wanting chocolate and strong coffee I haven't wanted sweets during the day (which is good for me) I sometimes make the same thing at night leaving the coffee out

I add one scoop to the following: hot cocoa..be mindful of the temp. of liquid, do not go above 130f carnation instant breakfast and you can add such things as bananas, fruit, SF flavorings and cocoa. I take a few SF fudgesicles and melt them down a wee bit, add one scoop and then blend into skim milk. I also add it to blended soups and veggies. SF puddings, especially the new carmel flavor and chocolate. I started out adding a few tablespoons at a time to get the taste I wanted.

Hi, Unflavored unjury can be added to broth, or soup. As long as it is dissolved well, you wont taste it, well make liquid a tad bit thicker. Depending on what stage of eating you are at you can add it to any liquid, preferably something already flavored. Try a lil orange juice if you can have it. Hope this helps, Ciao for now M
