Wow-if that's the worst you can do-you'll be a weight loss saint! I did have a complete serving of Lays 1/2 calorie-no fat-mesquite bbq chips-and they were DELICIOUS. I don't even think they are illegal-at least I hope not. I did try a noodle from a tv dinner -noodles alfredo-and boy was that a mistake.

LOLOLOLOL! I had 1 potato chip too. It went down easier than most things. I chewed it until it was powder and it tasted sooo fine. Sunny

Just wanted to share that at my nutrition class, they told us we could eat some corn chip, not potato chip. So I have done it. and man that was good. Diana

I had a couple tortilla chips (I chewed them until oblivion)...they went down better than noodles. I found out my Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Peanut Butter bar (2g net carbs) is a I was counting them like a SF popsicle. Per the nutritionist: Three meals (protein, vegetable/fruit, starch) and protein shakes for snacks are all I'm allowed at this stage. C~

The only cheating I have done is not getting in all my protein I am still on liquids/protein and I admitt, somedays I just give up and dont even try to fit another shake in the day.

thanks everyone for your response- the reason i bought this up was even thought it wasnt as if i gorged on a whole bag (something i always did) i knew that it should not of have - i know not to beat myself up about it - just need to make better choices - i feel you on the shakes - what i ve been doing is using the unflavored protein powder and adding skin plus with whatever fruit i have available - and adding in my vitamins ( they are just too hard to swallow for me. i am inbetween stages i am allowed soft foods but just have a hard time with the meats so i still puree them. good luck to us all - and tomorrow is another day - JO

Call me the coward of the group - I haven't had the "guts" to try any of the no no list. I'm so afraid if I find I can tolerate anything really good (like my all-time addiction to See's candy) I'll blow the whole thing. My wt loss is so minimal already I can't imagine slowing it down even more. I'm 60 and it seems it will take a real blast to get any of this mass off of me.

Girl; I have eaten stuff that I probably shouldn't have. I tryed a soft taco at taco bell. That came back up after about 5 min. I have eaten chips like tortita's If I chew them enough they go down good. I tryed an omlet but didn't chew enough I have learned to chew into a pulp. I was starting to get worried about ever eating regular food again. But I believe someday I will eat some things that I use to. I haven't tryed corn chips yet! But probably will. Steph
