I use the scale I started with so I can measure how much less on one place. It isn't exactly in sync with the doctors office but the loss is the same.
I am five weeks today. Half of this time I have been losing and half of it I have been stalled on weight loss. I am 27 pounds down in five weeks. I am not fretting too much but some movement would be encouraging!
I make the protein every day now (60 grams) but the fluid is still a major effort!

I know what you mean about a scale. I haven't had one in about 20 years. I bought one just to keep track of weight loss. I have lost 33 lbs since surgery. I keep mine in the closet in the bathroom and I only break it out on Monday morning to weigh in and then put it back.
I have been able to eat alot of things but Sat I threw up about 6 times and I have been watching what I eat. I have to chew thing really really well or it comes back up. Good luck and keep up the great work.
