I bought a lot of luquid from GNC. I didn't want to chew and was afraid of anything getting hung. I heard the luquid gets more into your system so I think I'll stick with them for a while.

I take one Flintstone chewable w/iron, twice a day one viactive calcium, twice a day one B12 sublingual per day Where did you get the calcium citrate lozenges? The only citrate I have been able to find has been in pill form. Also, I didn't know Centrum made an adult chewable. I'll check those out as well.

I ordered the calcium from www.vitalady.com, but you can also get them from www.bariatricadvantage.com. I got the Centrum adult chewable at Walmart. Whitney

First, let me mention I had VG (not banded)- so all my intestines are still intact, thus, I absorb more... Anyway, I take Kirkland (Costco Brand) Childrens Chewable vitamins... a regular adult dose is 1 tablet daily, I take 2.
