I just had to brag about my food from i-shophere.biz! The cheesecake protien shake and pudding mix is to DIE for! Yummy, yummy! The hot cocoa is awesome as well, just be sure to follow the website directions so the protein doesn't clump up. But otherwise, my hubby couldn't tell the difference between his full sugar version and mine!! And he is one who can spot splenda a mile away!!! They are really affordable as well and they give free shipping( as long as the order is over $10 the first time and over $50 every other time) and 3 free samples (if order is over $20). When I got my order I found 7 free samples in my box! I hope this helps you guys! I just put in my second order today! I just wanted to share because I've had a hard time finding foodstuffs that actually taste good. I'm tired of wasting 25+ dollars on icky whey protein that I can't stomach.

The cheesecake mix and cocoa was made by Diet Health and Sports Wise, or something close to that effect. I also bought a high protien white chocolate chip cookie from them and seriously thinking about dunking that baby in some skim milk......lol. Actually it's my treat for getting through the pureed stage at the end of the month (plus it was only 1.95 for a large 4 inch cookie). What I did was shop by clicking on the food aisle link (that way you can shop by food type i.e. drink, pudding, hot drink, cookies, entrees, etc.). They even have sampler packs of seven--- one is a drink, pudding (or shake), and soup sampler and another sampler is a cocoa sampler. The cheesecake one is really awesome and not grainy at all (if you let it sit for 5 min like website suggests) and it is the best with a tsp of sugar free strawberry preserves on top..... By the way, thanks for the pizza stuff you put on the site. I loved it. I added 2 tbsp of processed mushrooms to it and it was really good. Thanks for sharing!

this is Tbone's recipe (I took this from his post) but here you go.... My wife was whipping up some pizzas for the family and told me not to fret, she had a dish for me too. What she came up with was this. Lite rocotta cheese (8g of protein per 1/4 cup) fresh grated parmesan small bit of low fat mozzarella my favorite pizza sauce She coated bottom of a small baking dish with a tb sp of pizza sauce mixed parm cheese in with ricotta and some seasoning and spread evenly over sauce spread a little sauce on top with more of grated cheese mixture and baked in oven It looked like a pizza and tasted like lasagna It was delicious --- I didn't even want a bit of that pizza after eating. We figure that variations could include: if you can tolerate it add" little tiny bits of pepperoni for flavor or roasted red pepper or creamed spinach

I ordered the beef stew and it was disgusting! The salted pine nuts tasted good but my stomach was not happy. I also got the cereal it was OK I put some pineapple on it which helped give it flavor. I haven't tried the pancakes or spaghetti I ordered with the above. I hope it is OK. I really liked that they had individual serving packets so there isn't as much waste. I haven't tried the sample cheesecake shake yet either. It sounds good.
