3 weeks out!!!

I'm still on pureed but I'm branching out a little.
Breakfast - usually 2 T cream of rice and
1 T yogurt
snack - 8 oz. skim milk
Lunch - 3 T refried beans or yogurt, but today we went out to lunch and I
got 1/2 sandwich, tuna melt. I just opened it up and ate the tuna. Chew, chew, chew and it went down really well.
snack - 8 oz. skim milk
dinner - 3 T, usually 2 of the beans or baby food meat and 1 of baby food fruit.
snack - 8 oz. skim milk
of course around that I fit my vitamins, synthroid, efexor and all the water. Some meals are closer to 4 Tbls. but otherwise every thing is going great. I'm 5'1" and started at 238 and am down 30 lbs.
