Watcha eat today???

Good Thursday evening everyone. I trust that everyone has had a good day. Before breakfast 20oz coffe. I used regular coff, fat free creamer, splenda Breakfast nothing Snack Dannon carb control drink Lunch liquidity beef stew Snack nothing Dinner 12 oz milk I have gotten in more fluids today than other days. My protein has not been up to what is should, but I am making more progress daily. Exercise cleaned my house. It was a mess. Have a good rest of the night. Melissa

Hi Melissa, It looks like you are having a good liquid day, My day is the same as it has been pretty much for the past week Before breakfast - 6 oz lemonade with 1 scoop GNC whey protien Breakfast - 1 0z eggbeaters with a little cheddar cheese L- 1 Oz refried beans a little cheese, and a little lowfat plain yogurt D- will be 1 oz cottage cheese with a little mozzarella and a dab of spaghetti sauce. S-Maybe some protein fortified pudding I seem to be able to get the protien in thanks to the powder but really fight to get the liquids in. Have a great evening, Sherr

B - 1 sl 98% fat free ham (diced tiny) 1/4C egg substitute 1 slice fat free cheese L -- 3 oz shrimp 2 oz zuchini 1/3 c coconut milk 2 scoops Unjury 1 t curry s - 1 sl 98% fat free turkey 1 sl fat free cheese 1 T fat free cream cheese D - 4 oz scallops 1/2 c cauliflower 109 g protein 628 cal 64 oz water,decaf, etc. so far. probably another 16 oz before bed. Good day all in all. went to the gym this a.m. Bookwork this afternoon(YUK!!). I must measure - even though I didn't lose pounds, the inches must have fallen off - most of the pants I bought just before surgery are way too big (smile), Thank goodness for all the year end sales. I was in a 32 3 years ago and I just bought 2 pairs of 20's and they aren't tight. I guess the exercise program for the last 3 years is paying off.

b- 3/4 of scrambled eggs with cheese, crystal light s - crystal light - 20 oz l - 5 crackers with potted meat ( i know not supposed to but really wanted it) s - crystal light 20 oz - 4 plantain chips d- cup of spanish style beans s - maybe some s/f icepop need to get in all my liquids - eating is tough for me right now - JO
