Watcha eat today????
Good Wednesday evening gang. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day.
Before Breakfast- 8oz lite cranberry juice and water mixed
Breakfast- Advant Edge carb control 11.5 ounces
Lunch- tried milk did not work out. Then I tried Advant Edge carb control again it did not taste good.
Snack sf pudding
Dinner 8oz milk worked out OK this time
Snack 2sf Popsicles.
I have gotten in lots of fluids today. I am not sure, but I think I almost made my 64oz. I did not get all my protein, but I am going to work on one thing at a time.
Exercise- I walked a mile today. I was upset it took my 23mins to walk the mile, but I will try again tomorrow.

Meliss - I'm envious of your walking. I'm going to the gym and try the treadmill this a.m and hopefully this p.m. also. (I'm gimpy but start the 20th of Jan for knee replacement and then watch out world)
B - 1 egg (over medium keeps it more moist than scrambled)
L - 2 slices turkey 98% fatfree
2 slices fat free cheese
S - Carb Control Shake (love the strawberry)
D - 1/2 c refries
Unexpectedly out to dinner at a Mexican cafe. Tried the refries and did fine. ended a little low on protein 52.7g. Will do better today.
I keep Unjury unflavored on hand so I can add it to almost anything if I'm low on Protein. Today I'm adding it to shrimp, zuchini, coconut milk, curry soup for lunch.
Also - I use my chewable multis and calcium for my mid-a.m. and p.m. snacks. Satisfies my sweet tooth.
