Hey gang guess what....... its time for watcha eat today.
Before breakfast 4oz milk
Breakfast 1 scrambled egg
Snack 4oz Dann. carb control drink
Lunch sf pudding
Diner 4oz milk
Snack I will drink about 16 ounces of crystal lite before I go to bed.
I am back to full liquids for the next three weeks, so my entries will be all fluids.
Exercise, not much today just walked around the house.

There does not appear to be any way you could get 55 or more protein in with what you took in today. Are you taking any protein supplements? Syntax Nectar Fuzzy Navel or Carribbean breeze are easy to palate and have 23 g protein per 8 oz. I hope you are communicating with your nutritionist or Dr. to help you. Best wishes

531 cal, 95g protein, 7 g fat, 14.4 g carb
Went to the Dr. and had my staples out. Still haven't lost any wt but Dr. said some metabolisms take a while to catch on and then watch out. Sooooo . . . . Watch out world - I'm about to take off like a herd of turtles.!!! And my numbers (blood) are coming up wonderfully. Got clearance for treadmill as long as I keep it under 5 miles (smile)
