Watcha eat today???
Hey gang how is everyone doing this fine Monday evening. I think that today I learned a very valuable lesson. I had chicken salad for lunch. I do not know what went wrong but I do know that I was in my bathroom and everything was coming up. When I thought it was done I went to pick up my daughter from school, I got half way up the road and had to pull over at least three times. I was not happy and I do not like the way I felt. My lesson was this.......... take your time, chew, chew, chew. But enough about that.
Before Breakfast 12 oz milk (lasted me way through breakfast time)
Lunch 3 bites chicken salad
Snack sf jello
Diner fat free re-fried beans w/ ff sour cream, and shredded cheese.
Snack not sure yet.
I have done better about getting my fluids in today.
Exercise walking around the playground at my daughter's school. Climbing up stairs.

Before breakfast, hot choc with 1 scoop whey protien
B- 1 oz eggbeaters with a little chedder
L- 1 oz refried beans, chedder and red pepper sauce
S- 2 oz butterschotch pudding with added protien
D- 1 oz cottage cheese with a baby spoon of spaghetti sauce and a little mozzarella heated up.
Working on fluids.
It was a good day, I finally got rid of the oxygen yippee no more leash.
Melissa, sorry you had a rough time with lunch. I hope tomorrow is better.

I had for breakfast carb free yogurt, I had a snack of sugar free chocolate jello, lunch was 6 bites of tuna salad. Snack was 4 cheezits,
supper was broccolli cheese soup and I was feeling really brave and eat a taco at taco bell. that came right back up. Wow that was the first time I have thrown up, don't want to do that again. I am doing o.k. with the water I don't get it all in but I drink all day long. I bring water or crystal lite with me everywhere. I want to go to the gym soooo bad I can hardly stand it. I walk my dog around the block or go to the mall and walk around for exercise right now. I am hoping to go back to work next week but it all depends on the doc. I have my first post-op on Thursday so we will see.
