Watcha eat today??
Hey gang, I know this is a little late today have been out with my family. Wow what a day.
B- 4oz milk
S-nothing
L- 4oz milk
S-sf pudding
D- 2oz cottage cheese.
I have had more water today than I have in a while. It helped me out some. I have not gotten much food in. Its been a long day, and dealing with my family is always very stressful. I will try to eat more tomorrow.
Exercise, walking up and down lots of stairs all day

I made a smoothie with a can of light pears, powdered Muscle milk (protein and vitamins), a few strawberries and some ice. Worked on that most of the day with some soup also at lunch and cottage cheese at dinner. Also had a little vienna chicken sausage with the soup - soft and easy to chew into paste. Everything sat pretty well. Anybody have any favorite recipes for smoothies??
I had a good day food wise, nothing hurt going down! Meats have been really hard for me, so I'm trying to find other sources of protein. Pumpkin seeds have quite a bit of protein and I love em!
